THE WORK

Diagnose and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and ductless systems in homes across Southern Ohio, from historic Chillicothe houses to farmhouses on propane. You’ll explain what you find to homeowners in plain language and leave every system running right.
Residential repair workInstall and replace heating and cooling systems, from furnace and AC change-outs to heat pumps and ductless mini-splits. Good installers take pride in clean, code-compliant work that lasts.
Installation workService rooftop units, walk-in coolers and freezers, ice machines and commercial heating and cooling for restaurants, stores and other local businesses. It’s varied, hands-on work where your skills keep businesses open.

A DAY ON THE JOB
Our team works across Ross, Pickaway, Pike, Scioto, Jackson, Fayette and Vinton counties. One day might take you to a century-old home in downtown Chillicothe with a boiler in the basement, the next to a newer subdivision in Ashville, a lake home near Waverly or a farmhouse outside Frankfort. On the commercial side, you might be keeping a restaurant’s walk-in cold or a storefront’s rooftop unit running.
You’ll work on the equipment from the brands we’re known for, as a Trane Comfort Specialist, Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractor Preferred and authorized Day & Night dealer, and we install Goodman equipment. We also work on every other major brand that comes through the door.
GROW WITH US
We've started a technician leveling program that gives our techs a clear path up to senior technician. Certain certifications are required for employment here, such as EPA 608, but we're committed otherwise to improving the skillsets, leadership, and overall capability of our employees.
THE NEXT GENERATION
We believe the next generation of great HVAC technicians is growing up right here. Co-founder Shane Shaw serves on the advisory board of the Pickaway-Ross Career & Technology Center, helping connect classroom training with the real-world skills local employers need.
