Billed at our standard rates, a single maintenance visit can easily run around $300. Comfort Club members get two maintenance visits a year, plus priority service, 10% off every repair and member-only deals, all for $270.
And the savings keep going. A single mid-season repair can easily cost hundreds of dollars, and 10% off adds up fast. The biggest savings, though, are the breakdowns that never happen: a worn capacitor or dirty flame sensor caught during a tune-up is a small fix in April or October and an expensive emergency in July or January.

Comfort Club questions
How much is the Comfort Club?
$270 a year, which covers both your annual furnace tune-up and your annual A/C tune-up, plus priority service, 10% off repairs and member-only deals.
What if I have a heat pump?
Heat pumps work in both seasons, so your two tune-ups cover heating and cooling on the same system. Ductless mini-splits are included up to four indoor heads. For heat pump homes, give us a call and we'll set up the right plan.
I have more than one system. How does that work?
Ductless mini-split systems are included up to four indoor heads. For homes with more than one system or more heads, call us and we'll price your plan. Boilers and water heaters aren't included in the Comfort Club.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Your membership runs for a year from the day you join and renews automatically. To cancel, just give us a call before the 11th month of your membership year.
When are tune-ups scheduled?
You can join any time of year. We start with whichever tune-up is next in season (furnace in the fall, A/C in the spring) and schedule the other when its season comes around.
