It's been more than a year
If you can't remember the last tune-up, it's time.
AFFORDABLE AIR HEATING & COOLING
A Scioto Valley summer is a long, humid test for any air conditioner. A yearly AC tune-up from Affordable Air cleans what needs cleaning, tests what tends to fail and catches small problems before they turn into a July breakdown. We've kept Southern Ohio homes cool since 2006.

IS IT TIME?
If you can't remember the last tune-up, it's time.
Dirty coils and low airflow make your AC work harder for the same comfort.
Often a clogged filter, a dirty blower or ductwork issues worth a look.
Humidity control slips when coils are dirty or the system is low on refrigerant.
WHAT A TUNE-UP INCLUDES
Wrap-up: a plain-language report on what we found and anything to watch.
See the full checklist in What's included in an AC tune-up.
WORTH THE VISIT
Weak capacitors and clogged drains are caught in April, not discovered in July.
A clean, properly charged system cools with less electricity.
Well-maintained air conditioners regularly outlast neglected ones.
Many manufacturers expect regular professional maintenance.
