ACROSS THE COUNTY
Old homes, new subdivisions and plenty of farmland.
Circleville, the county seat and home of the Circleville Pumpkin Show, has a mix of historic homes near downtown and established neighborhoods built over the past several decades. As you head north toward Columbus, towns like Ashville, South Bloomfield and Commercial Point have added a lot of new housing, and many of those homes came with builder-grade HVAC equipment that's now reaching middle age.
The rest of the county is farmland and small villages, from New Holland and Williamsport in the west to Tarlton and Laurelville in the southeast, where rural homes often rely on propane, heat pumps or electric heat. Each part of the county calls for a different approach, and we're comfortable with all of them.
